1977 Full-service public relations division formed
1980 In-house graphic arts production services added
1983 Current President and CEO Chuck Donofrio joins the company
1992 High value, in-house broadcast production services added
1994 Agency evolves further with the introduction of an interactive division and web design capabilities
1996 Interactive division renamed Carton Donofrio Interactive
1997 Expanding its global capabilities, agency joins Worldwide Partners, the largest strategic business network of independent, owner-operated marketing and communications firms
1999 Robbie Blinkoff, Ph.D joins the Agency and forms Context-Based Research Group, a qualitative research company that uses a global database of anthropologists to uncover consumer insights and learn what people actually do in their lives, rather than what they say they do
2001 Agency launches its Brand Consulting practice under the direction of Chief Strategy Officer, Jamie Rice
2002 In response to client requests, CDP forms a Customer Experience Design consulting unit, under the direction of Ellen Moore
2004 Seeking to dramatically boost its Public Relations capability, the agency forms a strategic alliance with Rose Communications, led by former employee Rosemary Ostmann
