Marketing Program Coordinator
Carton Donofrio Partners, a Baltimore-based full-service advertising agency, is looking for a Marketing Program Coordinator. This person's role will be to help Carton Donofrio Partners maintain an up-to-date public profile and attract new business opportunities through the use of online listings, the agency Web site, awards competitions, new business pitches and other outbound marketing efforts. The Marketing Program Coordinator will work in conjunction with agency department managers and account leaders to coordinate agency marketing initiatives and activities.
The Marketing Program Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing and updating the company Web site, online portfolio and Intranet
- Managing and updating all online directory listings and portfolios including AdForum.com, AgencyCompile.com, Redbook, AAAA Agency Search, etc.
- Project management of new business pitches including the coordination of internal meetings, maintaining team communication, monitoring schedules and deadlines, taking meeting notes, collecting and compiling written responses and presentation pieces from team members, etc.
- Providing digital production support for RFP responses including laying out all agency profiles, RFP written responses, and printed portfolios using QuarkXpress or Adobe InDesign
- Working with our Web Developer and Multimedia Director to have agency TV and Radio Reels and online landing pages created
- Managing and updating a database of agency contacts
- Managing and updating a database of client case studies
- Managing and coordinating award and competition entries
- Project management of any agency-related projects including the annual holiday card and Year In Review publications
- Managing all agency bios and headshots and working with our PR partner, Rose Communications, to put out new employee press releases
Necessary qualities and skills:
A successful candidate must be:
- Self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Computer savvy / Comfortable with new technology and software
- Fast learner
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Curious and enjoy learning new things
- Have an eye for design and layout
- Able to manage multiple projects at once
- Work efficiently and keep on top of schedules and timelines
Must be proficient in:
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Must have some familiarity with:
- QuarkXpress
- Adobe InDesign
Preferred by not required:
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Keynote
- Familiarity with HTML and blogging software
Candidates who are unfamiliar with the above technology must be willing and able to learn to use them within their first couple weeks.
