The Summit is a conference on your business. In this noon-to-noon event, we share insights into how you get and keep customers, and explore an assessment of the contact zone between your company and your constituents. Armed with stories from the marketplace gathered by our anthropologists and your own customer-facing people, we explore what it feels like to deal with your organization-from the "outside-in" perspective. The first afternoon is dedicated to reviewing research and analyzing its implications for your brand experience.

Afterward, we share a meal and preview the work of the next day. While you relax for the rest of the evening, the Carton Donofrio Partners team reviews the results of the session and organizes the group's ideas into "scenario-starters": different responses to the opportunities and challenges facing your business.

The next morning, we review these program ideas with you and refine, discard or add to the list. We break into small teams for several hours’ collaboration to develop full-fledged scenarios and articulate our recommendations for the best way to go to market and capitalize on your opportunities. At the end of the session, each group shares their thinking, and we end our time with a celebratory luncheon.

Within 48 hours, you receive a complete record of the Summit, including the Customer Creation and Retention Model, the Contact Zone Inventory and Assessment, the complete set of notes and ideas from the first day's discussion, and the scenario presentations from day two. We also include a draft timeline for final program presentation and implementation. This highly condensed and productive session enables us to proceed rapidly to a presentation of fully articulated program proposals, complete with estimates of cost, timing, and marketplace impact.
